You need to try to negotiate the deal at TB Hotel, they wanted much more but I was with a local and he was a good talker lol so good luck and I wanna hear all about it upon your return. Oh to return to TB this weekend would be my dream, being Canada Day Thursday and all.....

Hi guys, I did get to Southview Hotel in Treasure Beach. A very beautiful hotel in Treasure Beach. It is in a remote area of the island. Rooms super clean and reasonable. Excellent owner- Donny, made who make sure that we were well taken care of. We stayed 2 nights. I am going to post a full report and pictures when I return later this month.

Right now I am in Tropic View Hotel in Mandeville having a great time. I will post a full report when I return to US later in the month.

Kristi, DH and I don't plan on staying AI ever again, unless we win a trip, or it's Jamaican owned. No point in not helping the country I love so much and making some American, Spaniard or otherwise more wealthy.

I think that's fab. I could tell from your first and only trip report that you guys are different from the usual first timers.

I get that QE, even though it was only my third trip, do not think I could do AI again unless of course I win, it but since I am not lucky in that way I will stick to basic, locally owned places and live like a local, support as many locals as I can when I am there (excluding of course Tour Guide and his wife lol) but have no desire to go back to Mobay except my friend bartender lives there and will be back from Colorado in November...
