I would totally make those....just costs money to make them unless they're on CafePress or Zazzle....but then they're overpriced for you guys. Those stupid websites aren't cheap so no one would buy them.

Soooooooooooo anyways.....this month, in fact NEXT WEEK marks the real one year anniversary of this forum. Ironic that Urban and I, the 2 admins won't even be here....BUT we'll be celebrating it in Jamaica together!

I really just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your support after the crumbling of that shit-hole we all met on LOL. But it means a LOT to me that you guys all came over here and turned this place into a TRUE Jamaica forum! I'm still in disbelief at how many trips we log, combined!

So here's to year #2....may it be just as great and log just as many if not MORE trip reports!! You guys are awesome and we wouldn't even have a forum if we had no members!


And URBAN.....thanks for being part of this too. I know you hated the other place and think my forum abilities sucked after the last attempt But I'm glad you're around.

JC, thanks for the thanks, and thanks for making a place for us to hang. I've never thought your "forum abilities sucked" --not sure where you got that idea!

In reality, after the other place (which I absolutely loved, 6 years ago) turned into squabbling, attacking, and preaching the word of the good lord above, I became disillusioned with the whole forum thing. I missed having a place to chat, to make jokes, to post silly photoshop things, and to share observations and stories related to JA and things related. That was what the other forum was ostensibly for--but the true purpose got horribly perverted. I never really hated the place, just missed talking about Ackee, Kartel, patois, lubricants, and of course everybody's favourite thread, back-door-santa-claus.

So thank you, JC for persevering and keeping an irreverent, relaxed, and chill little corner of the internet open for me to feel at home in.

And here's a little present, for old times sake...
